Class description:

What does it feel like to be supported and respected in a playful way?

Through a variety of games to warm up our communication skills and build trust we will explore the nuances of connection within acro and balance moves.

Counterbalance, trust, communication and spotting are on the menu.
This class is geared for people with basic to no experience with Acro. Even if you have been practicing acro for a bit you will gain a deeper understanding of some key elements. Spicy variations available for intermediate acro players.
No partner needed.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (tights, shorts, shirts, tanks)

Play is important! Chris Taylor finds the balance between technical refinement and laughter for beginner to intermediate AcroYoga students. Certified through the Acro Revolution and YogaSlackers schools Chris provides a solid foundation of techniques for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Acro. The blending slacklining and acro melds dual balance, counterbalance and stability in a unique form called Slackro. Connection, cooperation and communication are key elements to playing acro and all relationships.

I believe that by deepening our connection to self, other and harnessing the power of communication we can play joyously in acro and in life.
