Develop trust in yourself, embrace your playfulness and find connection to others during Water Season at Inanitah Healing Center.
About the Retreat
The Inanitah AcroYoga Retreat is open to all genders, body types and all levels of experience, beginners and intermediate practitioners alike. From the ground up we will build a solid foundation in order to focus on safety and technique. Things that you may have tried before will become easier, more in sync and flow better from the proven teaching methods. We will play games based on consent, trust and communication, which allow us to really connect with our new friends.
Have you ever felt shy, unsure of your abilities or like you were “too much” for others? This retreat is for you. We will lovingly push through blocks and find empowerment in ourselves while supporting each other. AcroYoga is based on some of the same principles of yogic philosophy but can use different asana, or asana in connection to other. No yoga experience needed or special flexibility. You will have a way to get involved and interact regardless of perceived limitations (*Please indicate if you have any injuries). Bases will fly and flyers will base.
The location is a healing center on a beautiful dual volcanic island in the middle of the largest lake in Central America in Nicaragua. You will stay in sustainably constructed natural buildings or private tents. The property is supplied by a pure freshwater spring and features a hot tub and swimming pool. Farm to table meals are prepared from the onsite permaculture farm and the surrounding village.
Tuition for 3Days $150 (day passes $60) (Lodging and food is separate can be paid via cash or via paypal email@example.com)
